These Terms cover use of steamboattennis.com and related email/SMS communications from Steamboat Tennis League for our private Monday-night mixed doubles league in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
The service
We provide league coordination: availability collection, court sheets, pairings, reminders, and substitute outreach. Play itself is organized among participants; this site does not sell court time or club memberships.
Eligibility
Participation is by invitation or organizer approval. You must provide accurate contact information and keep availability replies truthful.
Communications
By joining the league and providing an email address, you agree we may email you about league operations from tennis@steamboattennis.com.
SMS is optional. If you opt in, you agree to receive informational texts from +1 (833) 847-2103 about reminders, availability, substitutes, and schedule changes. Frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel texts; reply HELP for help. Consent to SMS is not required to play.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse league contact lists for spam or unrelated solicitation
- Do not attempt to disrupt email, SMS, or this website
- Respect other players and the facilities where we play
No warranties
The site and messaging tools are provided as-is for organizing a recreational league. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of every email or text (carrier and inbox filters can delay or block messages).
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Steamboat Tennis League and its organizers are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site or messaging program. Recreational tennis involves inherent risk; participants play at their own risk and are responsible for their own insurance and readiness to play.
