Steamboat Tennis League (“we,” “us”) operates steamboattennis.com and related email/SMS tools for our private Monday-night mixed doubles tennis league in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.
Information we collect
- Name, email address, and mobile phone number you provide to participate
- Availability replies, sub replies, and related league messages
- Basic technical logs needed to deliver email or SMS (delivery status, timestamps)
How we use information
- Build court sheets and pairings
- Send schedule reminders, availability checks, and substitute requests
- Respond to player questions about the league
- Maintain records needed to run the season
We do not sell personal information. We do not use league contact data for unrelated marketing.
Text messaging
If you opt in to SMS, we may text you from +1 (833) 847-2103 about league play, availability, substitutes, and schedule changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Opting out of SMS does not remove you from the league email list unless you also ask us to stop email.
We email players at the addresses they provide, typically from tennis@steamboattennis.com. You can ask to be removed from email by contacting that address.
Service providers
We use vendors to send email and SMS (for example email and messaging platforms). They process data only to deliver those services for us.
Retention
We keep player contact and season records as long as needed to operate the league and resolve disputes, then delete or anonymize them when no longer needed.
Your choices
- Update or correct your contact details by emailing us
- Opt out of SMS with STOP
- Request deletion of your contact info after the season (subject to records we must keep briefly for operations)
Children
This league site is intended for adult participants. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
